ExpatTrack pricing — simple, annual, price-locked

All plans are billed annually and aligned to the UK tax year. The first 100 customers per tier lock in lifetime Founders pricing.

• Free — £0: 60-second Quick Check, view-only dashboard, capped read-only API.
• Standard — £39/yr (Founders £29/yr lifetime): full web product — HMRC Statutory Residence Test wizards, day tracking with the midnight rule, personal day-limit calculator, Schengen 90/180 tracker, exports, threshold alerts.
• Pro — £79/yr (Founders £59/yr lifetime): everything in Standard plus AI Assistant trained on HMRC guidance, HMRC news feed, AI day logger, document upload, REST API, Telegram bot and MCP server (v1.5).
• Schengen Tracker — £11/yr (Founders £8/yr lifetime): standalone 90/180 rolling-window tracking for all 29 Schengen countries.

Pricing questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. You retain access until the end of your paid period. We offer a 14-day full refund window for first-time subscribers, and reasonable refunds beyond that.

Is monthly billing available?

Not at v1. All plans are annual to keep pricing simple and aligned with the UK tax year. Annual is also better value — the per-month equivalent of Standard is £3.25.

What is the Founders Plan?

The first 100 customers per tier lock in lifetime pricing: Standard £29/yr (vs £39), Pro £59/yr (vs £79), Schengen £8/yr (vs £11). The lifetime lock remains while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the prevailing price applies.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard gives you the full ExpatTrack web product — tests, tools, day tracking, exports. Pro adds AI features: the AI Assistant chat trained on HMRC guidance, MCP server access so AI tools like Claude/Cursor/ChatGPT can call ExpatTrack directly, a Telegram bot for natural-language day logging, and our REST API. If you live inside AI tools, get Pro.
